Serve the Customer, Serve Each Other, Serve This Place.

Nice words. What do they mean?

They mean that we believe that our individual and collective success and prosperity is a direct measure of our ability to serve. The better we serve, the better we do as an individual and as a company with cd replication, dvd replication, cd duplication and dvd duplication.

We use the definition of "serve" right out of the dictionary:

So, our mission is essentially to "be of assistance." And if we are doing it right we are asking "How can I help you with cd replication, dvd replication, cd duplication and dvd duplication" a lot.

We understand that different people have different interests, and we understand our need to address those interests. And balance them. For example, serving a customer might mean offering a product or service at a low price. But not so low as to threaten the health of the organization or the safety of its employees.

That's why our mission mentions the customer, each other, and this place. They are different interests that all need to be addressed with cd replication, dvd replication, cd duplication and dvd duplication services.

First, The Customer:

We understand that the customer is the reason for our existence, the vehicle by which we earn and learn. So, we have these objectives to focus on:

C. A Positive and Supportive Environment

And finally, This Place:

We recognize that we are but a small part of a greater whole. We understand we each have a responsibility to serve the organization as a whole, the community we live in, and the environment that supports us. The goals we track are:

A. Commitment to Company Objectives
B. Respect for Facility and Equipment
C. Responsibility to Environment and Community

It's really a simple mission statement. And we know that if we pay attention to it we will be successful.
